Actress Im Ji-yeon is set to make a striking debut as a new villain in 'Brave New World'. Meanwhile, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Brave New World' will compete in the same time slot as '21st Century Grand Lady', starring Byun Woo-seok and IU.

Premiering on May 8th, 'Brave New World' is a romantic comedy-drama about Shin Se-ri (played by Im Ji-yeon), an unknown actress possessed by the spirit of a notorious Joseon-era villainess, and Cha Sae-gye (played by Heo Nam-jun), a ruthless conglomerate heir known as a monster of capitalism. Their explosive, war-like romance promises to captivate audiences.

The production team of 'Brave New World' has released stills showcasing Shin Se-ri's thrilling villain-busting scenes, drawing attention. In the images, Se-ri has shed her hanbok and transformed into a modern woman. Her eyes, now fierce like a predator's, heighten the intrigue. Se-ri fearlessly throws a laundry bat at an assailant, embodying the indomitable spirit of a Joseon villainess. Anticipation builds for the vicarious satisfaction Se-ri will deliver in 'Brave New World'.
