Jinyoung of B1A4 Returns to the Big Screen with Heartwarming Film 'Shota's Last Business Trip'

Jinyoung, formerly of the group B1A4, is set to bring warmth to theaters this spring.

On the morning of the 23rd, Management Run announced, "Celebrating his 15th anniversary since debut, Jinyoung will return to the big screen with the film 'Shota's Last Business Trip.' Having completed filming across Japan and Korea, Jinyoung aims to deliver a heartfelt and resonant message through this travel-themed project. We ask for your keen interest."

The film 'Shota's Last Business Trip,' which features Jinyoung, tells the story of two men, 'Shota' and 'Daesung,' who accidentally swap a resignation letter and a love letter, leading to an adventure across Korea and Japan. Jinyoung portrays 'Daesung,' who learns about life through farewells during his travels, capturing the relatable struggles of youth.

In this project, Jinyoung collaborates for the first time with Japanese actor Ryohei Otani, overcoming language barriers to create a compelling acting synergy. He convincingly portrays the realistic emotional journey of 'Daesung,' enhancing the film's overall quality.

As Jinyoung marks his 15th anniversary, the film 'Shota's Last Business Trip' is highly anticipated by fans both domestically and internationally. His sincere and warm performance can be seen in theaters starting May 27.
