IU Shares Heartwarming Friendship with Actors Yoo Soo-bin and Lee Yeon on 'I Live Alone'

Singer and actress IU has captured attention with her deep friendship with actors Yoo Soo-bin and Lee Yeon.

On the October 24th episode of MBC's variety show 'I Live Alone,' Yoo Soo-bin appeared as a guest, and IU and Lee Yeon joined him, drawing viewers' attention.

The trio spent time together at the Han River, showcasing their natural camaraderie. They strolled along the river's walking path, engaging in conversation, and Yoo Soo-bin even took photos of IU and Lee Yeon.

Upon seeing the photos, IU expressed satisfaction, saying, “My legs look really long.”

The three then moved to an area with exercise equipment and engaged in light workouts together.

When IU struggled to use the equipment effectively, Yoo Soo-bin humorously remarked, “You need muscles to live long. You're sweating a lot on your philtrum,” eliciting laughter.

The episode also revealed how the three became close. Yoo Soo-bin shared that they bonded through the MBC drama '21st Century Grand Lady' and have been meeting frequently since.

Yoo Soo-bin mentioned, “We meet every 1-2 weeks and even went on a two-day trip to Jeju Island.”

During their conversation, IU expressed her gratitude towards the two. She said, “My parents were so thankful that you came to my grandfather's funeral. You were the only friends who came.”

IU added, “I was touched that you came right away. You both brought chocolates, which were much needed by the mourners, and it was a great help,” adding warmth to the story.
