Tension Rises Between Yoon Jong-hoon and Uhm Hyun-kyung in 'Our Happy Days'
In the 16th episode of KBS 1TV's daily drama 'Our Happy Days' (directed by Lee Jae-sang, written by Nam Sun-hye, produced by Monster Union, Saion Media, and Contents G), scheduled to air at 8:30 PM on the 20th, Go Gyeol (played by Yoon Jong-hoon) and Jo Eun-ae (played by Uhm Hyun-kyung) set aside their sharp conflicts to attend their first team dinner.
Previously, Jo Eun-ae questioned Go Gyeol's behavior of frequently leaving the office ahead of the competition between Strategy Planning Division TF Teams 1 and 2. She attempted to stop Go Gyeol from going out for external work again but failed. Struggling without server access to approach 'Joy,' Jo Eun-ae lingered around Go Gyeol's desk and saw photos on his monitor. At that moment, Go Gyeol discovered her and angrily confronted her, sparking conflict between them.
Despite the brief rift within the team, the atmosphere changes at the dinner. Jo Eun-ae leads the mood with a bright demeanor as if nothing happened, while Go Gyeol watches her with a concerned gaze, creating a subtle excitement. As the carefree Jo Eun-ae gradually seeps into Go Gyeol's heart, anticipation builds on how their relationship will develop.
Meanwhile, Seo Seung-ri (played by Yoon Da-young) reveals her complex feelings upon seeing the affectionate scene of Go Gyeol and Jo Eun-ae singing together. Having returned to Korea after 10 years, Seo Seung-ri is determined to pursue her first love, Go Gyeol, but finds the scene uncomfortable. Go Min-ho (played by Jung Yoon), who only has eyes for Seung-ri, also feels uneasy. Curiosity grows on how the crossed feelings of Go Min-ho and Seo Seung-ri will affect future developments.
