The episode was themed 'All About Villas', showcasing various properties across Seoul. Villas, commonly referring to low-rise multi-family homes in Korea, were the focus. Forestella members Cho Min-kyu and Go Woo-rim, who are set to make a comeback in April, joined host Yang Se-hyung, adding a unique dynamic to the show. Cho Min-kyu, with his real estate interest and experience living in Pyeongchang-dong, and Go Woo-rim, a returning guest, brought a fresh chemistry to the episode.

The first location visited was Pyeongchang-dong in Jongno-gu. The villa, built in 2002, spans approximately 170 square meters and features a panoramic view of Bukhansan and Bugaksan mountains from the living room. It also boasts an oversized veranda larger than the living room, reminiscent of a standalone house. The property is on the market, with Pyeongchang-dong's general price range reported at 30 to 40 million KRW per 3.3 square meters.

Next was a townhouse in Gugi-dong, Jongno-gu, nestled at the foot of Bukhansan. Built in 1986, this 'Gugi-dong Captain Villa' offers a bunker parking system for two cars per household and 24-hour security. The living room and balcony provide a panoramic view of Bukhansan, complemented by the sounds of the nearby Gugi Valley. The independent room design, with each family member having a bathroom, was highlighted by the homeowner's concept of 'everything in one's room'.

The third location was Buam-dong in Jongno-gu, situated below Pyeongchang-dong. The unique corridor-style villa, built in 1991, was chosen by a distinctive newlywed couple who opted for a house over an apartment. They remodeled a room next to the kitchen into a dining room and utilized the loft space for a mini living room, dressing room, and bedroom, showcasing innovative space use. The property is listed at 560 million KRW.

The final stop was a multi-family home in Dongbinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu. Known for its high walls and concentration of embassies, the area is home to upscale villas. A modern living room leads to a spacious veranda with a mini garden, offering views of N Tower and Lotte Tower. Cho Min-kyu shared insights on the redevelopment of Hannam New Town, drawing attention. Unique villa features, such as a master bathroom with a vanity, sink, and bathtub, were also revealed.
