Comedian Kim Sook recently visited the vibrant city of Las Vegas, showcasing her ability to objectively assess her tendencies and effectively resist temptations, offering viewers both laughter and a valuable lesson.

As she entered the main strip of Las Vegas, Kim Sook expressed excitement at the city's unique and heightened atmosphere, marveling at the hotel's extravagant exterior and interior. However, when faced with a route that required passing through a casino to reach a restaurant, she remarked, "Is this the only way to the restaurant? I'm worried I might gamble without realizing it," showcasing her self-awareness and caution.

Kim Sook's strict self-discipline was evident in her conversation with a local acquaintance. When the acquaintance explained the local system where hotel rooms or snack bars are offered for free based on casino usage, Kim Sook firmly declared, "I will focus solely on watching shows and will not gamble at all."

Kim Sook emphasized her determination to avoid temptation, stating, "I know I have an addictive personality, and once I start, I won't be able to stop." Even when using the paid minibar in her room, she candidly expressed concerns about the cost, wondering how wealthy one must be to spend without worrying about prices, resonating with viewers.

Unexpected recognition and the breathtaking natural scenery added to the charm of her trip. While enjoying lobster and steak at a restaurant, Kim Sook was surprised to receive a dessert with a thank-you note in Korean. Initially skeptical about being recognized abroad, she was delighted when a staff member approached, claiming to be a fan, and she beamed with joy.

During the Grand Canyon tour, Kim Sook was overwhelmed by the majestic views of Bryce Canyon, insisting it was a must-visit spot even if it meant losing sleep. However, upon reaching the vast Lake Powell, she humorously expressed fatigue from the expansive scenery, wishing to return home, eliciting laughter.
