The program offers an in-depth look at the four seasons of the Korean sea and seasonal seafood, going beyond a simple culinary show to explore marine ecology, the life of fishing villages, and the unique history and culture of seasonal ingredients with chef Edward Lee. The series consists of four episodes, starting with 'The Taste of Winter', followed by 'The Taste of Spring', 'The Taste of Summer', and 'The Taste of Autumn'.
Ryu Soo-young, a prominent 'K-Food Ambassador', continues to promote Korean cuisine both on and off the screen.
