Kang So-ra Shares Her Effective Weight Loss Secret on YouTube
On November 4th, Kang So-ra uploaded a video titled 'Kang So-ra's Brutal Q&A: Diet? MBTI? Last Kiss? Answering Everything Honestly' on her YouTube channel 'SORPLAY of SORA'.
In the video, Kang So-ra shared her personal diet tips and discussed the effectiveness of her weight loss strategy. She stated, "The diet I'm currently following is truly effective," as she began to explain her method.
Kang So-ra's recommended approach involves replacing rice with steamed vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. She explained, "The feeling of fullness lasts a long time, so I'm not hungry even at night," and added, "I've noticed that my blood sugar stabilizes, which reduces unnecessary cravings."
Incorporating steamed vegetables as a meal replacement or at the beginning of a meal is effective for weight loss and blood sugar management. Cabbage, broccoli, and carrots are low-calorie, fiber-rich foods. Dietary fiber helps slow digestion, contributing to a feeling of fullness after meals. For those who typically lack vegetable intake, steamed vegetables are soft and relatively easy to consume consistently.
Meanwhile, born in 1990 and now 36 years old, Kang So-ra married a traditional Korean medicine doctor 10 years her senior in 2020 and has two daughters. She amazed many by losing 20kg after giving birth.
