Red Velvet's Irene Shares Insights on Her First Full Album 'Biggest Fan' on SBS PowerFM

Red Velvet's Irene (35) made a guest appearance on SBS PowerFM (107.7MHz) 'Wendy's Young Street' on the 30th of last month, where she shared behind-the-scenes stories of her first full album 'Biggest Fan' and updates on her life, receiving an enthusiastic response from fans.

Returning with her first full album 'Biggest Fan' after approximately 1 year and 4 months, Irene expressed her special affection for the title track, saying, "I started looking for songs with the A&R team last May, and as soon as I heard this song, I thought it was the title track." She also introduced the song as one that boosts self-esteem when you shout the lyrics to yourself in front of a mirror.

When asked by a listener what Irene is the 'Biggest Fan' of these days, she confessed her unique taste, saying, "I watch travel videos before going to sleep. I used to enjoy watching beekeeping videos, but my preference has slightly changed recently."

Regarding her image of not being up-to-date with trends, she commented, "I've spent a lot of time with members and juniors during the recent SMTOWN concert, so I've become quite familiar with the latest trends and challenges." However, she added with a laugh, "I heard 'Harulalla' for the first time today, and I haven't tried butter rice cake yet."
