TV personality Seo Jang-hoon expressed strong anger towards a frugal husband's attitude on 'Divorce Consideration Camp'.

The episode aired on the 2nd on JTBC's 'Divorce Consideration Camp' featured the remaining story of an international couple, a Korean husband and a Vietnamese wife. While the husband appeared to be saving for a new apartment, their daily life was quite different.

In the VCR, the husband questioned his wife sending money to her family, saying, “Why help them when we are not stable?” The wife countered, “I’m helping my family with the money I earn,” and she was indeed contributing to their income by working part-time after her regular job. Despite this, the husband continued to express dissatisfaction, saying, “Send money after keeping some for yourself.”

Seo Jang-hoon criticized, “If you can’t understand your Vietnamese wife’s position, you shouldn’t have married her.” When the husband argued, “It seems like your parents are doing better,” Seo retorted, “Then why did you marry her in Korea?” expressing his frustration.

The situation escalated when the husband, intoxicated, repeatedly brought up money issues and displayed threatening behavior towards his wife, shocking the studio. The wife even revealed she had called the police before.

The wife said, “After a fight, I reported him to the police,” and showed the actual report message. Even after the police left, the husband broke the door in frustration. He admitted, “The house was a mess with broken soju glasses and blood everywhere. I don’t remember who called the police.”

The cast members watching expressed, “As a Korean, I’m sorry,” bowing their heads, and the wife confessed, “I’m so exhausted I want a divorce.”

Seo Jang-hoon strongly criticized, “This is a lack of character. Why did you marry with such an attitude?” He added, “We want to apologize on your behalf,” conveying his regret to the wife. The husband, reflecting on his actions, shed tears, saying, “I didn’t realize I hurt her this much. I regret it,” but the deep-seated conflict seemed hard to resolve.
