SBS's Upcoming Drama 'Brave New World' Unveils Script Reading with Star-Studded Cast

The highly anticipated SBS drama 'Brave New World' has revealed its script reading session, generating buzz even before its premiere. The drama features the intriguing meeting of Joseon's notorious villainess, played by Lim Ji-yeon, and the ruthless chaebol, portrayed by Heo Nam-jun.

Set to premiere in May, 'Brave New World' is a romantic comedy-drama that tells the explosive story of Shin Se-ri, a struggling actress possessed by the spirit of a notorious Joseon villainess, and Cha Se-gye, a chaebol known as a monster of capitalism. Lim Ji-yeon (as Kang Dan-sim/Shin Se-ri) and Heo Nam-jun (as Cha Se-gye) are set to deliver their first on-screen romance.

The script reading session for 'Brave New World' was attended by a stellar cast including Lim Ji-yeon, Heo Nam-jun, Jang Seung-jo (as Choi Moon-do), Kim Min-seok (as Baek Kwang-nam), Lee Se-hee (as Yoon Ji-hyo), Chae Seo-an (as Mo Tae-hee), Yoon Joo-sang (as Cha Dal-soo), Yoon Byung-hee (as Son Jae-han), Jung Young-joo (as Cha Joo-ran), Baek Eun-hye (as Cha Joo-mi), Baek Ji-won (as Hong Bu-seon), Park Jin-woo (as Goo Chong-moo), Oh Min-ae (as Geum Bo-sal), and special appearance by Kim Hae-sook (as Nam Ok-soon).

The production team commented, "The script reading was so seamless that it was hard to believe it was their first meeting.
