Emotional Confrontation: Wi Ha-jun Persuades Desperate Park Min-young in 'Siren'
Wi Ha-jun confronts a despairing Park Min-young, urging her not to give up.

In the 9th episode of tvN's 'Siren' (directed by Kim Chul-kyu, written by Lee Young), aired on the night of the 30th at 8:50 PM, Cha Woo-seok (played by Wi Ha-jun) visits Han Seol-ah (played by Park Min-young).

During the episode, Cha Woo-seok asks Han Seol-ah, "Tell me what happened. Was there anyone else at the villa, and did you see who killed Baek Jun-beom (played by Kim Jung-hyun)?"

Tearfully, Han Seol-ah responds, "Is it your turn next? You said you'd believe me even if I confessed to killing my parents with my own hands. Other men said the same."

Han Seol-ah continues, "If you become Han Seol-ah's man and get insured, you'll be next. I killed all those foolish men who got insured." Shocked, Cha Woo-seok insists, "That's a lie," but Han Seol-ah suddenly reveals a large scar on her back.

Han Seol-ah says, "It was too easy. Everyone felt so sorry for me and promised to do anything, so I asked them to do it like my parents." She adds, "I told them to get insured and die, so now leave me alone."

Cha Woo-seok, with tears in his eyes, helps Han Seol-ah put her clothes back on and says, "I survived alone, not by choice, but I didn't crumble. I stood firm and made it this far." He continues, "You're not a perpetrator; you're a survivor. It wasn't Han Seol-ah's doing, so don't give up. Tell the truth and fight to survive. You can resolve everything." Han Seol-ah, moved by his words, sheds tears. Cha Woo-seok assures her, "I'll help you. You're not alone." To this, Han Seol-ah replies, "Don't worry. I'll survive this time too."
