KBS 'Morning Forum' Host Park Chul-kyu to Share Parenting Diary on YouTube
On the 30th, a press conference for the revamp of KBS1TV's 'Morning Forum' was held at the KBS headquarters in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by hosts Um Ji-in and Park Chul-kyu, singers Yoon Soo-hyun and Na Sang-do, comedian Jung Tae-ho, and producer Kim Dae-hyun.
'Morning Forum' first aired in May 1991 and is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. In February, the show conducted a survey with 600 viewers aged 40 to 70. Based on the results, the show is undergoing a revamp focusing on three key themes: viewer participation, entertainment, and digital expansion, starting from the 30th.
He added, "Viewers of 'Morning Forum' seem to enjoy stories about ordinary people's lives. As a new father and being three years into marriage, I find myself relating more to everyday life. I'll strive to incorporate my strengths into the segments."
Park Chul-kyu, who announced the birth of his daughter in February, is also planning to share his parenting diary. Producer Kim Dae-hyun stated, "We're preparing to showcase Park Chul-kyu's parenting diary on YouTube starting in May. The baby is not yet 100 days old, but we hope to share it around that time."
'Morning Forum' airs every weekday at 8:25 AM.
