The discussion also touched on the dangers of kitchen accidents. Yoon Nam-no recounted an incident while preparing escabeche, a European pickling dish. He mistakenly heated the mixture to 170 degrees Celsius, causing it to splash onto his face as the moisture expanded.

Describing the incident, he said, "It felt like my face was burning," revealing that he suffered second-degree burns. Despite the pain, he continued working, which added to the viewers' sympathy. Yoon Nam-no also shared his family's reaction, saying, "My mom cried a lot. It's my face, after all. It's not a handsome face, but it's still a burn."
