Go Mi-ho recalled her first visit to her in-laws, saying, "I went to greet her, but my mother-in-law didn't come out of her room." Her mother-in-law explained, "My son said he was bringing his girlfriend, but when I heard she was Russian, I was shocked. It felt like the sky was falling, and I felt like I was losing my son."
