Singer Nam Jin revealed the details of a past attack on him during his appearance on MBN's 'Kim Joo-ha's Day and Night' aired on the 21st.

Nam Jin recounted the incident, stating, “There was a conflict with gangsters, and I was attacked from behind.”

Nam Jin described the harrowing moment, saying, “The weapon penetrated my body to the point it came out the front.” He recalled the dangerous moment, adding, “It missed my aorta by 1-2mm.”

Despite severe bleeding, Nam Jin said, “I was transported to the hospital in about 40 minutes. I survived.”

The aftermath of the incident was unexpected. Nam Jin mentioned he met the attacker by chance and said, “He paid the price (punishment) and seemed to have reflected a lot,” adding that the attacker apologized.

On why he forgave the attacker, Nam Jin said, “I didn’t die, did I?” and added, “We are very close now,” surprising many.

He further explained that their relationship has changed to the point where they now share meals together. “He has changed a lot,” Nam Jin said with a smile, “and people around us are surprised (that we are close).”
