Jinyoung and Kim Minju's second chance at love begins anew.

In episodes 5 and 6 of JTBC's Friday series 'Shining' (directed by Kim Yoon-jin, written by Lee Sook-yeon), aired on the 20th, Yeon Tae-seo (played by Jinyoung) and Mo Eun-ah (played by Kim Minju) reconnect after a decade, reigniting the spark and leaving a lasting impression.

Episode 5 reveals Yeon Tae-seo and Mo Eun-ah candidly expressing their lingering feelings despite the passage of time, bringing a sense of excitement. Learning that Mo Eun-ah has nowhere to stay in Seoul, Yeon Tae-seo unhesitatingly invites her to his home. The initial awkwardness quickly dissipates, and the two comfortably share updates about their lives, showing a deep understanding of each other's choices despite the changes.

The seemingly dreamlike night stirs up long-buried feelings in both of them. Unable to shake off the emotions from their brief reunion, Yeon Tae-seo offers his home to Mo Eun-ah for a few days, strengthening their bond. He acknowledges her struggles and encourages her to take care of herself, providing silent support.

With Yeon Tae-seo's help, Mo Eun-ah finds the space to focus on herself and begins to organize her life. After securing a place to stay in Seoul, she confronts her past relationship with Bae Sung-chan (played by Shin Jae-ha), bringing it to a close. Exhausted, she returns to Yeon Tae-seo's home, finding comfort in his presence.

Episode 6 showcases a more mature romance as Yeon Tae-seo and Mo Eun-ah confirm their feelings for each other. Meeting again in Seoul, they spend their free time together, realizing their feelings remain unchanged from ten years ago, leading to a decision to reunite.

With renewed confidence in their relationship, they openly share their dreams for the future. Yeon Tae-seo offers warm support to Mo Eun-ah, who had to give up her stay in Tongyeong due to contract issues. Mo Eun-ah, in turn, accepts Yeon Tae-seo's plans to eventually move to Yeonuri, adding a heartwarming touch.

However, a new challenge looms for Yeon Tae-seo and Mo Eun-ah. On his usual commute, Yeon Tae-seo receives a call from customer Im Ah-sol (played by Park Se-hyun) about his grandmother's collapse and learns that his brother Yeon Hee-seo (played by Sung Yoo-bin) is heading to Yeonuri. Im Ah-sol, who met Yeon Hee-seo in Seoul, is assisting in the urgent situation.

Meanwhile, Mo Eun-ah is unsettled by the arrival of Park So-hyun (played by Kim Ji-hyun), her father's former lover, at the guesthouse where she works. Park So-hyun offers to help Mo Eun-ah resume operations in Tongyeong, shaking Mo Eun-ah's resolve to start anew in Seoul.

As both face complex emotions and unexpected events, tension rises. On the way back to Seoul, Mo Eun-ah notices Yeon Tae-seo driving in place of Im Ah-sol, while Bae Sung-chan heads to the guesthouse to see Mo Eun-ah, catching Yeon Tae-seo's attention.

The ongoing romance between Jinyoung and Kim Minju in JTBC's 'Shining' airs every Friday at 8:50 PM with two consecutive episodes.
