Wi Ha-jun pays the price for staying close to Park Min-young.

In the sixth episode of tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Siren' (directed by Kim Chul-kyu, created by Jo Hyun-kyung, written by Lee Young, produced by Studio Dragon and Cape EnA), which aired on the 17th, Cha Woo-seok (played by Wi Ha-jun), who was close to Han Seol-a (played by Park Min-young), suddenly loses consciousness in an accident, adding credibility to the rumor that 'men who love Han Seol-a die.'

The episode achieved a nationwide household rating of 4.4%, peaking at 5.2%, and a metropolitan household rating of 4.2%, peaking at 5.4%, maintaining its position as the number one show in its time slot across cable and comprehensive channels for six consecutive episodes. It also ranked first in its time slot among tvN's target demographic of men and women aged 20-49 nationwide and in the metropolitan area, according to Nielsen Korea.

Despite hearing Han Seol-a's confession of 'killing her parents,' Cha Woo-seok couldn't abandon his trust in her. Her claims of having killed her parents and other men seemed like a plea for someone to uncover the hidden truth.

Cha Woo-seok noticed suspicious behavior from Baek Jun-beom (played by Kim Jung-hyun), who appeared at a perfect timing as if waiting for Han Seol-a to get hurt, along with an unidentified man hovering around her. Concerned, Cha Woo-seok met with Han Seol-a to share his observations and worries.

Feeling the sincerity in Cha Woo-seok's words, Han Seol-a finally revealed the truth about her parents' fire accident, which Cha Woo-seok had longed to hear. She tearfully recounted how she was involved in her parents' desperate decision to repay debts, ultimately surviving alone and enduring a hellish life. Her struggle to hold back tears despite the unbearable pain she faced at a young age deeply moved Cha Woo-seok.

After their heartfelt conversation, Han Seol-a and Cha Woo-seok decided to stay close to each other to observe the reactions of those tailing Han Seol-a. Their close interactions, including having lunch together at the office, sparked rumors of a romantic relationship.

Meanwhile, Cha Woo-seok uncovered suspicious details about Baek Jun-beom's past, who had shown particular interest in Han Seol-a. He discovered that Baek Jun-beom had volunteered in Syria with Han Seol-a's ex-boyfriend, Lee Soo-ho (played by Kim Dong-jun). Cha Woo-seok sought to learn more from the head of the relief organization where they worked.

However, the tension escalated when a shadowy figure tailing Han Seol-a attacked Cha Woo-seok's car as he was driving the relief organization head home. Despite his desperate attempt to avoid the crash, Cha Woo-seok couldn't prevent the accident. As his car flipped over, he saw someone approaching before losing consciousness.

The person who appeared at the grim accident scene was none other than Han Seol-a. Her expression was heavier and colder than ever as she looked at the bloodied Cha Woo-seok and the crash site. The reason for Han Seol-a's presence at the scene remains a mystery.
