The PD shared his experience with the rental scam, offering practical advice. He explained, "Rental scams can occur not just from outright deception but also when property values drop, preventing landlords from returning deposits."

He emphasized the importance of securing 'rental deposit insurance' as a crucial step in rental agreements.

However, he also noted that for new apartments, "It can be difficult to obtain 'rental deposit insurance' because the official land price hasn't been established."
