Yoo Jae-suk Expresses Fondness for Director Jang Hang-jun on 'Anytime'

Yoo Jae-suk expressed his affection for director Jang Hang-jun on the SBS variety show 'Anytime,' which aired on the 10th.

The episode featured actors Lee Som, Kim Kyung-nam, and Jeon Seok-ho from the new drama 'God and Law Office' as 'Anytime Friends.'

During the show, Yoo Jae-suk mentioned, "The people Yeon-seok is fond of are here today. There are three guests. Yeon-seok put in a lot of effort." To this, Yoo Yeon-seok responded, "It's more like SBS arranged it," emphasizing the network's involvement.

As the two hosts warmly greeted the guests, Yoo Jae-suk expressed disappointment towards Jeon Seok-ho, who did not remember their collaboration in the 2016 'Infinite Company.'

Yoo Jae-suk said, "It was with the great director Jang Hang-jun in my heart, but is it not part of your filmography? You've changed a lot." Jeon Seok-ho tried to recover by saying, "I'm not embarrassed about acting with you."

Kim Kyung-nam, observing the exchange, commented, "That's the worst," while Yoo Yeon-seok added, "Seok-ho really looked like he didn't remember." Yoo Jae-suk humorously exaggerated his past role, leading Jeon Seok-ho to praise his acting, causing laughter.

The reason behind Kim Kyung-nam's break from variety shows was also revealed. Yoo Jae-suk had previously advised him during a 2019 'Running Man' appearance, "Variety shows don't suit you. It's better to take a break." Kim Kyung-nam explained, "It was my first variety show, so I couldn't adapt," but Yoo Jae-suk pointed out, "Your tone is still quite low," drawing attention.

Yoo Yeon-seok praised Kim Kyung-nam's performance at a Starship retreat, saying, "He has a clumsy charm, but he's terrible at games. He needs to do well today," while also revealing, "Lee Som enjoys variety shows." Lee Som admitted, "I like games, but I'm only competitive," expressing concern.

Meanwhile, during a conversation while traveling, Lee Som shared, "I visited Gwanaksan Yeonjuam during the Lunar New Year holiday because it's said to have good energy," showing her trend-sensitive side. Amidst the nostalgic talk, the production team realized something was wrong. After walking for over 15 minutes, they discovered they were heading to the wrong second location. Yoo Yeon-seok confessed, "We took a long detour," and Yoo Jae-suk sighed, causing laughter.
