tvN's 'Unpredictable House': A Must-Watch Home Renovation Reality Show
tvN's 'Unpredictable House' (directed by Kim Kwan-tae) is a reality show where Kim Sook, who once dreamed of owning a house in Jeju Island, teams up with Song Eun-yi to renovate an old house. Lee Chun-hee, Baekga, and Jang Woo-young join them in this home revival project, and the first episode promises to be filled with the vibrant stories of these five members.
Homeowner Kim Sook highlighted the "shared goal with like-minded friends" as a key point. She mentioned, "The process of creating a shared house, the genuine reactions, the perspectives on the changing house, and the chemistry among the five of us. It will be interesting to compare how each of us views and interacts with the house."
Song Eun-yi hinted, "This might be the longest-running project in entertainment history," and added, "I believe there's no more real variety show than this. It was tough, unpredictable, and challenging, but it was a journey where hell turned into heaven. Please enjoy watching how unpredictable events gradually become predictable."
On the other hand, Baekga humorously noted, "The key point is watching how people around Kim Sook change." He joked, "She mesmerizes everyone, turning even the calmest person into a puppet, and even someone as good-natured as me into an angry person," hinting at their chaotic chemistry.
Lastly, the youngest member, Jang Woo-young, playfully remarked, "It might sound obvious, but everything, including the weather, the site, and the people, was unpredictable. So instead of trying to predict, just enjoy it comfortably and have fun," sparking curiosity.
Meanwhile, the preview of the first episode captures the members heading to Kim Sook's Jeju house for the first time. The contrast between Kim Sook's innocent dream of coloring a white house with crayons and the shocking reactions to the unrecognizable building in the dense forest adds to the intrigue. Will they successfully revive this house?
Catch the premiere of tvN's 'Unpredictable House' on March 13 at 10:30 PM.
