Actor Lee Joo-seung Declutters Wardrobe on 'I Live Alone', Donates 65 Items
On the October 6th broadcast, Lee Joo-seung took on the challenge of becoming a fashion icon in Seongsu-dong. Reflecting on his cluttered closet, he admitted, "When things pile up, you start to give up. The wardrobe has become a mess, the most neglected space in my home."
Lee shared his philosophy on decluttering, stating, "The key is to remove emotions. If you think about clothes as gifts from an ex-girlfriend or from your mom for graduation, you can't throw them away." He humorously added, "But you have to let go. Only then will your mom buy more, and you'll find a new girlfriend." This sparked laughter in the studio, with Jeon Hyun-moo jokingly asking, "Are you challenging me? Why throw away something your mom gave you?" and Code Kunst chiming in, "You and I might compete for the 'ungrateful son' title."
However, he was soon spotted visiting a vintage shop, drawing laughter. Kian84 quipped, "Aren't you going to end up back at the donation store soon?"
Lee introduced his fashion mentor, close friend and actor Son Woo-hyun, saying, "He's my closest actor friend, famous for his 'boyfriend material' photos on social media, and was once the second most famous thing in Daejeon after Seongsimdang."
The cast's reaction was less than enthusiastic. Code Kunst and Kian84 joked, "Is this your last broadcast?" and "You've lost your touch, Joo-seung," while Jeon Hyun-moo teased, "Did you write those three comments yourself?"
Meanwhile, Kian84 was taken aback when Lim Woo-il included him in the 'people like us' (those lacking fashion sense) category, responding, "I don't like hearing that from you," drawing attention.
