Ailee and Choi Si-hoon Open Up About Severe Noise Complaints in New YouTube Video

Singer Ailee and her husband Choi Si-hoon have revealed their struggles with severe noise complaints in their apartment.

On the 28th, the YouTube channel 'Illy's Marriage Diary' uploaded a video titled, "Breaking Up Over 'Dubai Chewy Cookie'? Here's the Reason for 'Separation'."

In the video, Ailee and Choi Si-hoon enjoy a lavish seafood ramen, jokingly calling it an "80,000 won ramen," while discussing trending topics.

Reading the topic 'Which Double Date Couple Would You Avoid More?', Choi asked, "Which couple would you avoid more?" The couple simultaneously answered, showcasing their strong bond.

Ailee shared, "Growing up in the U.S., I've seen a lot of PDA (Public Display of Affection) couples. It was awkward but not something I couldn't handle."

On the other hand, regarding wealthy couples, she expressed, "They tend to look down on us. It would be upsetting if they belittled us."

The couple then discussed a recent online story about a neighbor offering 2 million won a month to tolerate noise complaints.

Ailee introduced the story that has been circulating online, where a neighbor offered 2 million won monthly to endure noise complaints.

Reading the story of 'receiving 2 million won but the noise worsened,' Choi commented, "If Ailee wasn't around, I could tolerate it for 2 million won a month."

Ailee confessed, "We experience noise at the same time every night, waking us up. I doubt 2 million won a month would solve the stress from being woken up."

Choi humorously added, "I'd like to try financial therapy," and Ailee asked, "If I offered you 1 million won a month, could I leave the TV on at night?" Choi replied, "That's a good deal. I'd like to try financial therapy," causing laughter.

Meanwhile, Ailee married Choi Si-hoon, three years her junior and a former contestant on Netflix's 'Single's Inferno,' on April 20 last year. Their marriage registration is set for August 2024.

The couple has been openly sharing their journey to parenthood through broadcasts and YouTube, recently revealing they are undergoing IVF treatment.
