IVE's An Yu-jin Reveals Her Unique Style and Love for Korean Cuisine on 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'

An Yu-jin from IVE shares her distinct style compared to fellow member Jang Won-young on 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'.

On the episode aired on the 1st, JTBC's variety show 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator since 2014' featured actor Park Jin-young and IVE's An Yu-jin.

During the show, An Yu-jin expressed her excitement about meeting Park Jin-young, saying, "I've heard many times that I resemble Park Jin-young in drag." When photos of An Yu-jin and Park Jin-young in drag were revealed, the chefs were amazed at the resemblance.

Park Jin-young shared, "When I was in the military, IVE was very popular among soldiers. I was a bit worried that my fellow soldiers might be jealous of me appearing on the show with them." He humorously added his concerns about their reactions to his drag photos.

An Yu-jin expressed her preference for being called 'Yu-jin' instead of 'An Yu-jin', noting, "People often use my full name, but I'd like it if they called me Yu-jin for a more friendly vibe."

An Yu-jin, who has a contrasting taste to her 'Western cuisine-loving' member Jang Won-young, stated, "I'm a fan of Korean food. Even abroad, I stick to Korean cuisine, which is why fans call me 'Bap-jin-i'."

When An Yu-jin's refrigerator was revealed, the chefs applauded with excitement. Items like chestnut stew, egg yolk-free eggs, and spicy chicken sauce were found, along with the nostalgic 'Kkandori' ice cream, which surprised hosts Kim Sung-joo and Ahn Jung-hwan.

Kim Sung-joo, touched by the taste of the old-fashioned ice cream, remarked, "I never expected to find such memories in An Yu-jin's refrigerator." After being corrected on how to address her, he humorously apologized, "I'm sorry, I got excited," and corrected himself to call her 'Yu-jin'.
