'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' is a self-reflective program where bosses in South Korea voluntarily put themselves in their employees' shoes to create a better workplace. The previous episode recorded a peak viewership rating of 7.8% and a nationwide rating of 5.3%, maintaining its position as the number one show in its time slot for 194 consecutive weeks, according to Nielsen Korea.

In today's (1st) broadcast of the 346th episode, Jeon Hyun-moo confesses, "Because of me, a dance ban was imposed on KBS announcers." He explains that after performing a wild dance on an entertainment program, a ban was issued citing 'damage to announcer dignity', prohibiting all announcers, including himself, from dancing on any program. This revelation brings laughter as it highlights the establishment of a dignity standard for announcers.

The studio erupts in laughter as Jeon Hyun-moo's dance video, which sparked the ban, is revealed. Park Myung-soo can't stop laughing, saying, "I'm going crazy because of Hyun-moo," while Um Ji-in closes her eyes tightly, commenting, "That's why he had to write an explanation."

Jeon Hyun-moo beams with joy upon spotting PD Lee Dong-hoon, who was part of the historic moment. Reflecting on the 'Unprecedented Jeon Hyun-moo Show' they worked on over a decade ago, Jeon jokes, "The show was ahead of its time. If we did it now, it would succeed."
