Dim Sum Queen Jung Ji-sun and Chinese Cuisine Witch Lee Moon-jung Unite in YouTube Collaboration

Renowned chefs Jung Ji-sun, known as the 'Dim Sum Queen,' and Lee Moon-jung, dubbed the 'Chinese Cuisine Witch,' have come together for a special collaboration.

Jung Ji-sun's YouTube channel, 'Jung Ji-sun's Knife Talk,' recently featured a video titled 'The Two-Shot You've Been Waiting For (with Chinese Cuisine Witch Chef, Dumplings).' In the video, Jung Ji-sun introduces Lee Moon-jung, highlighting her impressive 25-year career in hotel cuisine and her academic achievements, including a Ph.D. Lee, however, humbly requested to leave out the latter.

Jung Ji-sun shared her admiration for Lee, noting their shared experience as working mothers. She expressed gratitude for Lee's support, saying, "When I'm overwhelmed, I call her, and she helps me sort things out."

Jung Ji-sun acknowledged Lee's late rise to fame through 'Black and White Chef 2,' and discussed the challenges of balancing work and motherhood. She credited her mother's support for her success. Lee echoed this sentiment, attributing her ability to work to her husband's support and her mother's help with their two children.

Lee Moon-jung expressed her respect for Jung Ji-sun, despite being younger, calling her one of the few juniors she truly admires. She explained her participation in 'Black and White Chef 2' as a way to reconnect with her career after a decade focused on motherhood.

Discussing the challenges of being a working mom, Lee stated, "If there's no one to watch the kids, you have to do it yourself." Jung Ji-sun added, "I just suggest cutting back on sleep," which surprised many. Lee emphasized the importance of setting good habits for children, noting, "If you don't, you'll end up sleeping with them forever."

When asked about her children's reaction to 'Black and White Chef,' Lee shared that her daughter was impressed by Jung Ji-sun during the first season.
