Major Leaguer Lee Jung-hoo Joins 'The Return of Superman' to Transform Go Tae-hyun into a Batter

Major League Baseball player Lee Jung-hoo is set to join the project of turning Go Tae-hyun into a batter on 'The Return of Superman.'

The 609th episode of KBS's 'The Return of Superman,' airing on the 18th, is themed 'Day by Day, Already a Year,' featuring MC Kim Jong-min and Lalal.

In this episode, the secret plan of Lee Jong-beom, known as the 'Son of the Wind,' unfolds to transform Tae-hyun, who possesses the golden DNA of a baseball family, into a batter. The key player in this plan is Major Leaguer Lee Jung-hoo, who, in an attempt to sway Tae-hyun's interest from K-pop to baseball, wields a toy bat with a fierce gaze.

Lee Jung-hoo manages to hit a toy bat single, capturing Tae-hyun's attention. Tae-hyun, seemingly intrigued by baseball, approaches and unexpectedly reveals his pitching instincts by throwing a ball with his left hand. Witnessing this, Lee Jong-beom expresses excitement about his grandson's potential as a Major Leaguer, jokingly asking, "Are you planning to go to San Francisco with uncle?" Tae-hyun, wearing his uncle's San Francisco Giants uniform, beams with a bright smile and bids farewell to his grandfather with a cheerful "Bye-bye," eliciting laughter.

Meanwhile, a hilarious battle for a toy car unfolds between Tae-hyun and Lee Jung-hoo, transcending their age difference. As his uncle rides the toy car, Tae-hyun chases him around the living room. When his uncle says, "Tae-hyun, you should ask nicely," Tae-hyun drops to his knees and adorably pleads, melting his uncle's heart.
