Actor Lee Joo-young Joins 'Hotel Goblin' as a Temporary Staff, Replacing Kwon Yul
In the fifth episode of 'Hotel Goblin,' viewers will witness the goblins' sweet first gathering after a successful opening, along with the seasoned atmosphere of their fifth day of operations.
After bidding farewell to their first guests, the goblins enjoy a relaxing time at Jeju's Sagye Beach and a café, reflecting on their past operations. For the first time since the hotel's opening, the members gather for a team dinner, savoring Jeju black pork roasted over a wood fire, washing away their fatigue. The lively atmosphere is heightened with a spicy Jeju pepper-eating contest, showcasing the members' genuine reactions and camaraderie.
The next morning, the members' unique 'morning routines' are revealed. 'Master' Go Doo-shim starts her day with neat stretching, while Son Na-eun calmly boosts her condition with yoga. Team leader Jeon Sung-gon charges his energy with vigorous bodyweight exercises, and the youngest member, Lee Dae-hwi, indulges in meticulous skincare, drawing laughter. Meanwhile, 'Chef' Kim Dong-jun quickly prepares and heads to the kitchen to practice cooking, each preparing in their own way to welcome new guests.
Actor Lee Joo-young is urgently brought in as a 'one-day part-timer' in Jeju, replacing manager Kwon Yul. Upon arrival, Lee enthusiastically declares, "Just tell me what to do!" and energetically helps carry guests' luggage, embodying the perfect 'passionate part-timer.' However, despite her enthusiasm, she struggles to navigate the maze-like traditional Korean hotel, hinting at a challenging adaptation period.
The existing members show noticeable growth, adding reliability. Jeon Sung-gon and Lee Dae-hwi, who previously made a painful mistake of being 10 minutes late for a pickup, arrive at the airport ahead of schedule this time, welcoming guests with ease and achieving a perfect redemption.
Go Doo-shim meticulously checks foreign guests' allergies and diets, maintaining balance, while Son Na-eun assists with smooth check-ins through her translation skills at the front desk. In the kitchen, Kim Dong-jun perfectly sets up freshly baked fish-shaped bread and warm omija tea as welcome food, ensuring a great first impression of the hotel.
Catch the fifth episode of MBC Everyone's 'Hotel Goblin' on the evening of the 17th at 8:30 PM.
