SBS Drama 'From Today, I'm Human' Captivates Viewers with Unseen Couple Stills

'From Today, I'm Human' is raising the excitement levels among viewers. This series, following Kim Hye-yoon's previous work 'Escape with Seonjae' aired in 2024, garnered attention even before its broadcast. However, episodes 4 through 8 consistently recorded a 2% viewership rating.

On the 13th, SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'From Today, I'm Human' released unseen couple stills of Eun-ho (played by Kim Hye-yoon) and Kang Si-yeol (played by Lomon). Their delightful and exciting chemistry both on and off camera captures the audience's attention.

In the previous episode, Kang Si-yeol started dating Eun-ho due to her unilateral announcement. He embarked on a 'cliché and typical' first date as per Eun-ho's wish, feeling unexpectedly disappointed when she mentioned that holding hands didn't make her heart race. When Eun-ho revealed she would erase her memories after returning to her original state, Kang Si-yeol responded, "If you erase my memories at your whim and only you remember this moment, shouldn't I be allowed to do something my way too?" and conveyed his feelings with a surprise kiss.

The beginning of Eun-ho's escape from her 'mangsaeng' (unfortunate life) as a human, intertwined with Kang Si-yeol and Hyun Woo-seok's (played by Jang Dong-joo) fate, is captured in these moments. The transformation from 'dislike' to 'salvation' in their relationship prompts viewers to reflect on their evolving dynamics and raises curiosity about the tangled fate.

Behind-the-scenes photos capturing the filming set also draw attention. The scene where Eun-ho's sincerity towards Kang Si-yeol was confirmed during the orphanage fire rescue and the subsequent exciting changes captivated viewers. Kim Hye-yoon and Lomon, with soot makeup on their faces, brighten the atmosphere with their radiant smiles. Standing side by side, they strike playful V poses for the camera, and their chemistry grows stronger with each episode, evident in their spontaneous laughter.

Kim Hye-yoon once again proves her worth with her immersive performance in the complex narrative of 'Eun-ho,' traversing reality and imagination, past and present. Her delicate portrayal of Eun-ho's first fluttering feelings for Kang Si-yeol synchronizes viewers' emotions. Lomon receives praise for his perfect balance in portraying the sometimes serious, sometimes playful 'Kang Si-yeol,' emerging as a new heartthrob with his sweet and gentle charm.

'From Today, I'm Human' will not air today (13th) and tomorrow (14th) due to the Lunar New Year holiday schedule. Episode 9 will air on the 20th (Friday) at 9:50 PM.
