'I Am SOLO: Love Continues' - Heartbreak and New Beginnings Unfold

In the latest episode of SBS Plus and ENA's reality show 'I Am SOLO: Love Continues,' viewers witnessed the emotional turmoil of the contestants as they approached the final selection. The episode aired on the 12th and showcased the complex love lines at the GolSing Guesthouse.

The new dating choices began with the women making their selections. Tulip expressed her desire for a serious and rational conversation and chose Youngsoo from the 28th season. Popular contestant Gukhwa, after much deliberation, went with Kyungsoo from the 26th season. Youngsoo from the 22nd season couldn't hide his disappointment, and Mr. Kim lamented, "I just want to give up and let go." Lily, without any surprises, chose Sangcheol from the 22nd season.

Meanwhile, Yongdam approached the men but suddenly questioned, "Do I have to choose as I mentioned in the interview?" indicating a desire to change her choice. However, aware of the rules, she reluctantly chose Kyungsoo from the 26th season. In an interview with the production team, Yongdam confessed, "I regretted having to do another '2:1 date' that made me uncomfortable." She added, "If I could change, I might have chosen Mr. Kim." Rose, on the other hand, chose Youngsoo from the 22nd season, describing him as a potential partner she could like.

After the dating matches concluded, Gukhwa noticed Mr. Kim's dejected expression and expressed her guilt, saying, "I feel like crying." Kyungsoo from the 26th season also felt guilty seeing Yongdam's stern expression. Sangcheol from the 22nd season advised Kyungsoo, "You need to be brave. If there's a second chance, Yongdam might see you differently." Kyungsoo pondered, "I need to make up my mind quickly."

Later, Gukhwa approached Kyungsoo from the 26th season, saying, "I missed the timing to talk to Mr. Kim. I might not be able to focus on the date because of my discomfort." Youngsoo from the 22nd season called Gukhwa aside in front of Rose, who had chosen him. Gukhwa confessed, "If I win the 'Love Continues Date Ticket,' I plan to use it on Youngsoo from the 22nd season," giving him hope.

Gukhwa then met with Mr. Kim and explained, "I need to focus more on the two people." Mr. Kim responded, "It's only right to let go of my feelings for Gukhwa," declaring his decision to end the romance. However, in an interview with the production team, Mr. Kim expressed his lingering feelings, hoping that Youngsoo from the 22nd season would fall for Rose and that Yongdam would captivate Kyungsoo from the 26th season.

Youngsoo from the 22nd season began the date by saying, "If it were a man's choice, I think my feelings would have naturally been conveyed to both of you. If you're curious, I can tell you now." The two enjoyed a meal of mulhoe and squid sundae, a specialty of Sokcho, and Rose, feeling more comfortable, chatted incessantly.

At a café after the meal, Youngsoo finally opened up, saying, "I'm acting according to my feelings, so I'm willing to accept Gukhwa's rejection," indicating his intention to focus solely on Gukhwa. Rose responded coolly, "I understand." In front of the production team, Rose said, "I feel relieved now that things are settled. I even hope things work out between Gukhwa and Youngsoo," showing her support.

Tulip, on her date with Youngsoo from the 28th season, remarked, "You're so gentlemanly, you seem like a business executive. I hope we can have a more honest conversation as a man and a woman." Youngsoo kindly prepared crab for Tulip, and they discussed their thoughts on remarriage and having children.

Tulip shared, "I believe dating leads to remarriage. I think my life flows according to destiny." Youngsoo expressed his belief that "if you follow the thread of fate, you'll reach your destiny. You have to be prepared and make an effort to seize it."

In the preview, Lily, returning from a date with Sangcheol from the 22nd season, pondered, "Shouldn't we consider the differences between inside and outside?" Meanwhile, during a 2:1 date with Kyungsoo from the 26th season, Gukhwa, and Yongdam, Kyungsoo's attention to Yongdam hinted at a potential twist.
