The first cameo was by broadcaster Park Kyung-lim, who appeared in the first episode as the MC for a beer flagship store event. This scene was pivotal as it set the stage for the budding romance between the main characters, Do-joon and Hee-won. Known for her MC roles at various press conferences and events, Park Kyung-lim brought her expertise to the scene. She also hosted the drama's press conference.

Chef Jung Ji-sun made a cameo in the fourth episode. In the storyline, Do-joon invites Chef Jung to the company cafeteria to satisfy Hee-won's craving for spicy seafood noodles during her morning sickness. Known for his recent appearance on the popular show 'Black and White Chef,' Chef Jung left a strong impression despite his brief appearance, adding a fresh twist to the episode.

Lastly, comedian Kwak Beom appeared in the fifth episode as the director of a new product advertisement for Taehan Brewery. This scene involved Do-joon stepping in as a model to save the company from a crisis. Following this, the main cast members Choi Jin-hyuk, Oh Yeon-seo, Hong Jong-hyun, and Kim Da-som appeared as guests on SBS Power FM's 'Cultwo Show,' where Kwak Beom serves as a special DJ, bringing laughter to the audience.

'I've Got a Baby' airs every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 PM.
