Park Ki-woong Shines in 'Love Prescription' with Versatile Performance

Actor Park Ki-woong is captivating audiences with his diverse portrayal in 'Love Prescription.' After hosting an art exhibition in July last year, Park makes his return to acting nearly two years after his appearance in ENA's 'Night Limit Photo Studio' in 2024.

In the new KBS 2TV weekend drama 'Love Prescription,' which aired on January 31 and February 1, Park Ki-woong takes on the role of Yang Hyun-bin, the executive director of Taehan Group's fashion division. His wide-ranging acting skills, from portraying a free-spirited charm to a first love narrative, have captured viewers' attention.

Park Ki-woong made a strong impression from his first appearance. Returning to Korea with just a backpack, he casually converses with a taxi driver, instantly establishing Yang Hyun-bin's laid-back and witty personality, adding vitality to the drama. The first love story between Hyun-bin and Gong Ju-a (played by Jin Se-yeon) also draws attention. In the guesthouse scene, Park Ki-woong's nuanced emotional acting shines. After rescuing Ju-a from the water, he brings her to his lodging, providing her with clothes and a meal, feeling an inexplicable familiarity. When Hyun-bin cautiously asks, "What's your name?" Ju-a, not recognizing him, replies, "It's a secret," creating a mysterious tension between them. The episode ends with the two meeting again at Taehan Group, heightening anticipation for future developments.

Park Ki-woong skillfully balances humor and seriousness, convincingly bringing Yang Hyun-bin's character to life and enhancing the drama's engagement. As he firmly anchors the story with his profound acting skills, viewers eagerly await his future performances in 'Love Prescription.'
