Actress Yoon Yoo-sun and Former Judge Lee Sung-ho Open Up About Their Marriage on TV
On the October 3rd episode of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' (hereafter referred to as 'Same Bed, Different Dreams'), Yoon Yoo-sun, who is celebrating her 52nd year in the entertainment industry, appeared alongside her husband Lee Sung-ho, a former judge known for high-profile cases like the 'Molar Dad' and 'Former Police Chief Sentencing'.
Appearing together on a variety show for the first time in their 25 years of marriage, the couple showed a slightly awkward dynamic. Yoon Yoo-sun expressed, "There were many interview requests after we got married, but since my husband was a public official, we didn't do them. Being here today feels like I'm debuting again." Lee Sung-ho added with a bright demeanor, "In interviews, you're supposed to say you'll live happily ever after, but as a legal professional, I couldn't lie."
Lee Sung-ho candidly shared his first impression of Yoon Yoo-sun, saying, "She wasn't the type I was looking for in terms of appearance. It wasn't love at first sight." He continued, "I value the sincerity of words, and I was impressed by how genuinely she spoke."
Yoon Yoo-sun responded, "I never cared about looks," adding, "I was looking for someone fun and honest. My husband was very amusing with his short, witty remarks back then."
Yoon Yoo-sun surprised everyone by revealing, "Lee Sung-ho brought up marriage just a week after we met." Lee Sung-ho humorously added, "We met every single day for 98 days and then got married. I must have really liked her. Even though she could have said no, we ended up getting married."
