MBC Drama 'Judge Lee Han-young' Extends Episode 10 Amid Rising Tensions

MBC has announced a 10-minute extension for the 10th episode of the drama 'Judge Lee Han-young'. The series stars Ji Sung, who is married to actress Lee Bo-young, in the lead role.

The 10th episode, airing on the 31st, will see Lee Han-young (played by Ji Sung) assembling a top-notch team to take on powerful adversaries. The previous episode, aired on the 30th, achieved a series-high rating of 13.5%, according to Nielsen Korea.

In episode 9, Lee Han-young revealed to Kim Jin-ah (played by Won Jin-ah) and Park Chul-woo (played by Hwang Hee) that the judiciary's corrupt power is centered around Kang Shin-jin (played by Park Hee-soon). Accepting their pledge to fight against this evil, Han-young began targeting Lee Sung-dae (played by Jo Sang-ki), the financial backbone of the corruption.

Lee Han-young established an investment firm, 'Miracle Asia', with his friend Seok Jung-ho (played by Tae Won-seok) as the frontman, and enlisted journalist Song Na-yeon (played by Baek Jin-hee) to bolster credibility. Fooled by the elaborate scheme, Lee Sung-dae invested 3 billion won into 'Miracle Asia'.

With the 3 billion won now in their hands, newly released stills show Lee Han-young's 'Avengers' team, dubbed 'Panvengers', gathered in a cheerful atmosphere. Lee Han-young, usually tense in the face of power, is seen smiling brightly at his allies Kim Jin-ah, Seok Jung-ho, Song Na-yeon, and Park Chul-woo. The supportive team shares a joyful meal, their expressions filled with laughter and playfulness.

However, the celebratory mood is short-lived as Lee Han-young's expression darkens, aware of the looming threat posed by Kang Shin-jin's unpredictable moves. The impending storm after a moment of peace heightens anticipation for the upcoming broadcast.

The 10th episode of 'Judge Lee Han-young' will air at 9:40 PM, 10 minutes earlier than usual, on the 31st.
