Park Shin-hye Rushed to Hospital During 'The Manager' Filming Due to Sudden Illness

Actress Park Shin-hye was rushed to the hospital after experiencing a sudden decline in health during the filming of SBS's variety show 'The Manager'.

On the episode aired on the 30th, Park Shin-hye appeared as the 16th 'my star' on 'The Manager'. During the show, Kim Kwang-kyu and Lee Seo-jin accompanied Park Shin-hye for her photoshoot and New Year's event.

While shooting, Park Shin-hye revealed she was feeling unwell. She told Lee Seo-jin, "I have a sore throat from a cold. Could you please get me some medicine from the pharmacy?" Despite her efforts to continue, her condition worsened, and she eventually took the medicine Lee Seo-jin brought.

Park Shin-hye explained, "I had a headache and chills before. I couldn't control my expressions because of the pain." After taking the medicine, she continued with the photoshoot. Seeing her struggle, Lee Seo-jin expressed concern, saying, "You should visit the hospital before taking medicine. Let's stop by the hospital before we go for lunch. This is why you're feeling worse."

Park Shin-hye responded, "I think I should finish the photoshoot first and then go to the hospital. When I woke up, I thought it was just a swollen tonsil, but suddenly I had a fever and couldn't see clearly." She added, "I couldn't manage my expressions because of the pain. I thought, 'This is serious.'"

Eventually, Park Shin-hye was seen collapsing during the photoshoot. Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu quickly took her to the hospital. After receiving treatment, Park Shin-hye fortunately recovered and completed her remaining schedule.

Park Shin-hye shared, "I felt like going to the hospital would be a burden since I had another schedule after the shoot. But I'm grateful they insisted on taking me. It could have been serious if I hadn't gone," she said with a smile.
