Former Lawyer and TV Personality Seo Dong-joo Reveals Her Real Estate Investment Secrets
Seo Dong-joo, who is also an author and painter, will appear as a special MC on KBS 2TV's 'New Release, Pyeonstorang'.
During a recent studio recording of 'Pyeonstorang', Seo Dong-joo joined as a special MC. The hosts introduced her by highlighting her impressive academic background, including her graduation from MIT, a master's degree from Wharton School, and law school. They then asked about her rumored talent in financial investments.
On the same day, Seo Dong-joo was captivated by a VCR segment featuring Lee Jung-hyun and her husband's affectionate interactions. Seo Dong-joo, who also has an age-gap marriage and recently tied the knot in June, could relate to their dynamic.
MC Boom asked, "Are you usually expressive with affection?" Seo Dong-joo replied, "I try to be," revealing her playful side, which surprised everyone. She also shared their pet names, saying, "My husband calls me 'baby,' and I call him 'Myung Myung'." The story behind calling her husband, who is four years younger, 'Myung Myung' left the 'Pyeonstorang' studio in stitches.
Seo Dong-joo, daughter of the late Seo Se-won and Seo Jung-hee, graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and worked as a lawyer in the U.S. She remarried last year to someone in the entertainment industry. During their wedding preparations, they successfully bid on a house in Chang-dong, Dobong-gu, for $1.2 million, which is now part of a redevelopment area.
KBS 2TV's 'New Release, Pyeonstorang' airs on Friday, January 30th, at 8:30 PM.
