Chef Jung Ho-young has opened up about the behind-the-scenes drama during the filming of Netflix's 'Black and White Chef 2.'

On the October 28th episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star,' Chef Jung Ho-young, along with fellow chef Sam Kim and musical actors Kim Junsu and Jung Sun-ah, appeared as guests to discuss their experiences on the show.

During the episode, Jung Ho-young addressed the 'sauce controversy' that arose during the team competition on 'Black and White Chef.' He explained, "I was in charge of the sauce, and there were comments that it was a bit sweet. I also felt it was sweet during the process, so I said I would modify it since there was time to remake it."

Jung continued, "We adjusted it by adding lime juice, and it was a sauce completed with the consensus of three people. However, I ended up being blamed as the main culprit for the sauce mistake." He added, "The show made it seem like we were on the verge of elimination because of it, but the judges also pointed out that there were fish bones in the dish."

Jung Ho-young humorously revealed, "Sam Kim was responsible for preparing the fish, so it wasn't just my fault; it was a shared mistake."

Sam Kim also defended himself, stating, "I was sure there were no bones. This is the first time I'm saying this, but I asked Chef Son Jong-won to double-check, and he said it was fine." This revelation surprised everyone, leading the hosts to jokingly question, "Where is this going?" and "Chef Son changed his mind because he's doing well now," playfully teasing Sam Kim.
