Park Seo-ham Captivates Viewers with Irresistible Charm in 'I'll Give You the Universe'

Park Seo-ham is set to captivate viewers with his unique charm in the upcoming tvN drama 'I'll Give You the Universe'. Having debuted in 2016 with the idol group KNK, Park gained further popularity with his role in the 2022 BL drama 'Semantic Error'.

On January 26, the production team of the new Wednesday-Thursday drama 'I'll Give You the Universe', which premieres on February 4, released the first stills of Park Seo-ham perfectly embodying the character of 'Park Yoon-sung', a popular figure in a food company.

'I'll Give You the Universe' is a romantic comedy about two in-laws who, after a tangled first meeting, suddenly find themselves raising their 20-month-old nephew 'Woo-joo' (played by Park Yoo-ho). The story follows their growth as they navigate this new 'universe' that has intruded into their lives, offering fresh excitement and relatability. Directed by Lee Hyun-seok and Jung Yeo-jin, known for their stylish direction, and written by the talented Su-jin and Shin Yi-hyun, the drama promises high quality. With a cast including rising stars Bae In-hyuk, Roh Jeong-eui, and Park Seo-ham, anticipation for this new youth 'rom-com' is high.

The released photos showcase Park Yoon-sung (played by Park Seo-ham), the head of the planning team at a food company, exuding an extraordinary aura with his perfect visuals and capabilities. Known as the 'lover of all' for never missing the top spot in company popularity polls, he leads various projects to success and holds the position of the youngest manager and planning team leader. His charming visuals and dedication to his work are sure to stir excitement. Reuniting with his college crush Woo Hyun-jin (played by Roh Jeong-eui) as a team member, he begins to revisit his buried feelings. The appearance of Woo Hyun-jin's first love, Park Yoon-sung, raises curiosity about how it will affect the romance between Seon Tae-hyung (played by Bae In-hyuk) and Woo Hyun-jin.

Park Seo-ham shared, "The story and characters felt 'lovely' as I read the script. The narrative of 'Park Yoon-sung', who appears perfect on the outside but harbors hidden loneliness, was particularly appealing," explaining his choice to join the project. He added, "Defining Yoon-sung as a 'perfect man' was challenging, so I had many discussions with the director to express not just his external charm but also how kind and gentle he is."

Regarding his chemistry with Roh Jeong-eui, who plays 'Woo Hyun-jin', Park said, "We had great chemistry throughout filming. She always lifted the mood on set and encouraged me to be confident." He added, "I hope viewers will watch to see what unfolds when Hyun-jin and Yoon-sung, who were each other's first loves, reunite." About Bae In-hyuk, who plays 'Seon Tae-hyung', Park commented, "He has a natural sense of humor and made efforts to match my gaze even in challenging scenes, which I appreciated."

Roh Jeong-eui also expressed, "Hyun-jin and Yoon-sung give each other unforgettable excitement and remind each other of their past selves. Feeling so comfortable with each other, we naturally helped each other while acting, like siblings." This synergy raises expectations even further.
