Dex Expresses Admiration for Yu Jae-seok at the 2025 MBC Entertainment Awards

Dex publicly expressed his admiration for broadcaster Yu Jae-seok.

The '2025 MBC Entertainment Awards' took place at 8:50 PM on the 29th at the MBC Media Center Public Hall in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was hosted by Jun Hyun-moo and Jang Do-yeon.

Dex shared the Male Excellence Award with Koo Sung-hwan. Known for his unique energy, vitality, and charm on 'Adventure By Accident 4', Dex humorously remarked, "Our table's mood wasn't great. We were hoping for the Best Couple Award, but the 'The Wonder Coach' team was too strong." He added, "I thought I'd just clap and leave, but I'm grateful for the award."

He credited the program 'Adventure By Accident 4' for shaping his current self and thanked the production team and fellow cast members, including Kian84, Lee Si-eon, Pani Bottle, Jang Do-yeon, and Lee Seung-hoon.

Dex further stated, "I don't think I'll receive this award again, so I'll make a resolution. Every New Year, I send greetings to Jae-suk hyung. I resolve to be someone who can greet him. I'll continue to be that person next year and the year after." He concluded his acceptance speech by saying, "I'll dedicate myself to MBC. Thank you."

Previously, Lee Yi-kyung was embroiled in controversy over personal matters and subsequently left 'Hangout with Yoo.' He stirred further controversy by posting on social media about his departure from the program, leading to speculation that he was targeting Yu Jae-seok and the production team. Although Lee Yi-kyung clarified that this was not his intention, the controversy surrounding Yu Jae-seok did not easily subside.
