Korean Actress Han Go-eun Opens Up About Sudden Paralysis Experience
On the 25th, Han Go-eun's channel 'Go-eun Unnie Han Go-eun' released a video titled "50-Year-Old Menopausal Han Go-eun's Recent Health Scare Shocks American Acupuncturist | Go-eun Guest EP.4."
In the video, Han Go-eun recalled, "About three years ago in winter, I was playing with my dog when suddenly I heard a 'thud' sound, and it felt like my back collapsed. I couldn't move from that position. Only my toes could move, so I knew my nerves were still functioning. But I couldn't move anything else, and it was excruciatingly painful. I had to rely on my arm strength because my body wouldn't move."
Han Go-eun added, "I was so embarrassed. After receiving pain relief and muscle relaxation treatment at the hospital, I went home and visited a nearby hospital for further treatment. On the second day after the injury, I couldn't move at all. On the third day, I was crawling. Miraculously, by the sixth day, my back straightened out," she said, emphasizing, "Health should be protected while you have it."
