Tension Rises Between Im Ji-yeon and Lee Jung-jae in 'Annoying Love'

Im Ji-yeon's words leave Lee Jung-jae visibly startled, capturing viewers' attention.

On the 11th episode of tvN's 'Annoying Love' (directed by Kim Ga-ram, written by Jung Yeorang), which aired at 8:50 PM on the 15th, a scene unfolded where Im Hyun-jun (played by Lee Jung-jae) was taken aback by Wi Jung-shin's (played by Im Ji-yeon) remarks.

During the episode, while driving with Wi Jung-shin, Im Hyun-jun, in an agitated tone, questioned, "Why is that boss so persistent with you?" Wi Jung-shin retorted, "Why do you belittle someone's feelings like that?"

An irate Im Hyun-jun responded, "Are you siding with him now?" Wi Jung-shin, bewildered, replied, "I'm not siding with anyone; I'm just saying he seems to like me. Isn't that okay to say?" This prompted Im Hyun-jun to ask, "Did he say he likes you? Did he confess?"

Wi Jung-shin, taken aback, said, "You're jumping to conclusions," but Im Hyun-jun persisted, "So he confessed, did you accept it?" Wi Jung-shin, frustrated by his persistence, asked, "Do you like me, Im Hyun-jun?" Im Hyun-jun was left speechless, focusing only on driving.

Wi Jung-shin then mentioned, "I'm still caught up with someone else," adding, "I haven't moved on from that person's gaze." This further agitated Im Hyun-jun, who exclaimed, "Is there someone else? This is complicated." Wi Jung-shin dismissed his comments and got out of the car, but Im Hyun-jun followed, leaving her flustered. Wi Jung-shin hurriedly left, asking if there would be any scandal.

Meanwhile, 'Annoying Love' has been a topic of discussion due to the 18-year age gap between Im Ji-yeon and Lee Jung-jae. The show airs every Monday and Tuesday.
