Han Ji-hyun Shines in KBS2's 'Love: Track' with Compelling Performance

Han Ji-hyun, a graduate of the Korea National University of Arts, has proven her solid acting skills. She is also known as the twin sister of model Han Seung-soo, who was a top 3 finalist in the 2014 show 'Korea's Next Top Model'.

On October 14, Han Ji-hyun took on the role of Han Young-seo in the 2025 KBS2 drama project 'Love: Track', specifically in the episode 'First Love is a Wired Earphone'.

'First Love is a Wired Earphone' tells the story of Han Young-seo, a high school senior who has always been at the top of her class. She meets Ki Hyun-ha, played by Ong Seong-wu, a free spirit, and begins to confront her dreams and love. Young-seo is a model student with a brilliant mind, but inside, she is filled with a longing for freedom and a rebellious spirit against society.

In the drama, Young-seo has been studying intensely to achieve the goal set by her mother of entering a prestigious law school. However, she eventually breaks down under the pressure and loneliness. Han Ji-hyun vividly portrayed Young-seo's weary heart, who has lived without dreams, through her tears, bringing the character to life.

Han Ji-hyun convincingly depicted Young-seo's journey of discovering her first love and aspiring to become a lyricist through conversations about music and dreams with Hyun-ha. Her portrayal of Young-seo's transformation from a cold and sensitive student to an adult lyricist who regains warmth and vitality is noteworthy.

Han Ji-hyun's pure and innocent visuals and aura enhanced the drama's purity and freshness. Her strong acting skills allowed viewers to reminisce about their first love and the moments when they earnestly pursued their dreams. In the drama's conclusion, Han Ji-hyun's narration, "I am here now because someone believed in me more than I did. That person was you," followed by a simple "Thank you" to Hyun-ha, left a profound impact on the audience.
