Comedian Park Na-rae Faces Ongoing Controversy Amid Manager's Allegations and Illegal Medical Procedure Claims
On the 9th, Park's manager stated, "It is true that I spoke with Park Na-rae for three hours, but I did not receive an apology, and there was no agreement between us," presenting a counter-narrative.
According to a media report, the manager claimed, "When I said, 'Haven't I endured a lot for a month? I can't do this anymore,' Park responded, 'Then let's sue.'" The manager also expressed disbelief at Park's statement that misunderstandings had been resolved, suggesting that the meeting was intended to buy time and sway public opinion.
At that time, Park explained, "In early November, two managers who were like family suddenly resigned, and I hadn't had the opportunity to speak with them until recently, leading to misunderstandings." She added, "Thanks to your help, I was able to meet with my former manager yesterday, and we were able to resolve our misunderstandings and distrust."
She continued, "I was grateful that the manager came to my house, and we talked all night, crying and laughing together. It felt great to clear up our misunderstandings," and noted that they realized the value of their relationship, saying, "We both felt like we became adults through this experience." However, the manager's rebuttal has reignited the situation, and Park Na-rae has yet to release an additional statement.
Meanwhile, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul has received a complaint from Park's former managers, accusing her of special assault and defamation by spreading false information. Additionally, there are allegations that Park received illegal medical procedures from an unlicensed individual known as the 'Injection Aunt.'
