NCT's Doyoung to Host Heartfelt Gatherings on 'Thanks Buddy Club' Before Military Enlistment
Premiering on October 10 at 6 PM, TEO's new show 'Thanks Buddy Club' is a heartfelt project where Doyoung, who is about to enlist in the military, expresses gratitude through a warm meal shared with important people in his life. The show captures episodes of Doyoung reminiscing about friendships and spending meaningful time with them.
The 'Thanks Buddy Club' will feature a diverse lineup of guests, including BLACKPINK's Jisoo, GOT7's Jinyoung (Park Jinyoung), TVXQ's Changmin, Red Velvet's Seulgi, Jonathan, musical actor Park Eun-tae, NCT members Johnny and Jungwoo, and star baby Taeha. These stars, who share a special bond with Doyoung, will share candid stories and warm laughter.
When asked about who he wanted to invite, Doyoung mentioned, "The first people that come to mind are the NCT members," and also named Red Velvet's Seulgi, Taeha, Jonathan, SHINee's Minho, and Park Eun-tae. He added, "It's been a while since the three of us met," referring to the 'Jinjido' members, BLACKPINK's Jisoo and GOT7's Jinyoung, who are also featured in the teaser, sparking curiosity about the stories to unfold.
The released poster shows Doyoung creating invitations for 'Thanks Buddy Club,' with the message 'To my dear friends' written on them, conveying his gratitude like a letter. The background, filled with a Christmas atmosphere, adds to the anticipation of the reunions with cherished friends.
'Thanks Buddy Club' will be available on TEO's YouTube channel in two episodes on October 10 and 17 at 6 PM. Doyoung is set to enlist in the army on October 8.
