Oh My Girl's Mimi Reveals Success in Gold Investment and Hard Work Ethic

Mimi, a member of the popular K-pop group Oh My Girl, has shared her success story in gold investment.

On the 30th, a video titled "Here's Why Mimi is Becoming a Trendsetter from 'Earth Arcade' to 'Meme PD'" was uploaded on Jae-hyung Jung's channel 'Fairy Jae-hyung.'

In the video, Jae-hyung Jung admired Mimi's accessories, exclaiming, "These are real diamonds, aren't they? Aren't they expensive?" To which Mimi candidly replied, "Yes, they are genuine natural diamonds. I spend all my earnings on them."

Mimi also shared her honest experience with gold investment. She said, "When I bought it, the price wasn't this high, but now gold prices have risen significantly. Initially, people just commented on how shiny I looked, but now they say, 'You've made money,' and they say it a lot," expressing her satisfaction with her investment. When Jae-hyung asked if she was nervous when buying gold, Mimi humorously admitted, "I was trembling when I bought it, asking about installment plans."

Jae-hyung continued, "Mimi seems to work a lot. She's on TV all the time. When I went to film 'Our Ballad,' I was struggling, but on the first day, I asked Mimi, 'Aren't you tired from working so much?' and she replied, 'I'm not there yet,'" praising her diligent work ethic.

Mimi responded, "I have a long way to go to buy things like these (jewels). The desire for worldly possessions is endless. I'm sorry if I seem too materialistic, but I can't help it," openly admitting that she works hard to afford jewelry. She added, "I hardly spend time at home, so I don't spend money on my house but on buying jewels."
