tvN's 'Typhoon Family' Nears Finale with Unpredictable Twists and High Ratings

tvN's 'Typhoon Family' sees Junho and Kim Min-ha successfully return to the Euljiro office. However, their relief is short-lived as an unexpected incident involving Lee Sang-jin heightens the tension. The series is set to conclude on the 30th.

The 14th episode, aired on the 23rd, achieved a nationwide and metropolitan household rating of 9.5%, peaking at 10.3%, securing the top spot across all channels, including terrestrial networks, during its time slot. Meanwhile, Pyo Hyun-jun's madness intensifies. His failed attempt to ruin Tae-pung with arson and the transfer of surgical gloves to Tae-pung shatters his pride. He confronts his father, Pyo Bak-ho, in a fit of rage, lamenting his desire for recognition. Pyo Bak-ho rebukes him as a "loser," leading Hyun-jun to assault his father and lock him in a container.

The due date for the payment promised to Pyo Bak-ho arrives. Although the promissory note remains elusive, Tae-pung believes the guarantee itself acknowledges its existence and attempts to negotiate directly. However, Pyo Bak-ho is unreachable, and Pyo Sang-seon's office is now occupied by Pyo Hyun-jun. Tae-pung leaves evidence of his visit on the agreed date.

Typhoon Trading regains its vitality. With the successful delivery of surgical gloves, they decide to return to their original Euljiro office. Tae-pung, Mi-seon, and colleagues celebrate their new beginning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and photos, reinforcing the company's "family-like" atmosphere by choosing to work in the same space as everyone else.

However, peace is short-lived. Song-jung bursts into the office in tears, clutching Tae-pung's hand, pleading, "My dad is dying. Please save him." His face is a mix of fear and despair. With only two episodes left, all eyes are on the final story of 'Typhoon Family.'
