Kang Seung-yoon Opens Up About Feeling Inferior to John Park on 'Save Me! Holmes'
On the October 20th episode of MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes', WINNER's Kang Seung-yoon mentioned his fellow 'Superstar K' members.
During the show, Kang Seung-yoon appeared as a guest alongside Kim Sook and Joo Woo-jae, embarking on a journey to experience the autumn vibe. He shared behind-the-scenes stories of reuniting with his 'Superstar K2' peers after 15 years for a trip to Australia, capturing the audience's interest.
Kang Seung-yoon revealed, "We initially planned a domestic trip, but suddenly, through John Park's YouTube channel, we ended up going to Australia." He continued, "The trip escalated when we got the chance to meet Hollywood stars, leading to interviews with the cast of the Marvel movie 'Fantastic Four'," surprising everyone.
As they began their emotional journey, Kim Sook and Joo Woo-jae mentioned that John Park sang 25 songs in a previous episode, teasing Kang Seung-yoon by saying, "It's like a concert today; you should sing 24 songs," adding pressure.
In response to the mention of John Park, Kang Seung-yoon humorously confessed, "I feel inferior to John Park because he was second and I was fourth, so I could sing 40 songs," causing laughter. When Kim Sook teased him about Huh Gak being the eldest and handling the expenses, Kang Seung-yoon joked, "I want to do it too, but he insists on paying."
