Former GFRIEND member Yerin candidly shared behind-the-scenes stories of her time in the group.

On the YouTube channel 'Geunbon Channel', operated by Super Junior's Shindong, a video titled 'How to Make Former GFRIEND, Current Friend Yerin, Your Girlfriend Again' was uploaded.

In the video, Lee Jang-jun commented on Yerin, saying, "Among the K-pop female idols I've seen, she loves and enjoys drinking the most," and added, "Her YouTube channel is even named 'Yesulga'." He boasted about their friendship, saying, "I've even been to her house." However, Yerin clarified, "Isn't that strange? It was just the filming location for 'Yesulga'," emphasizing their cool relationship.

Shindong asked Yerin about the most uncomfortable aspect of transitioning from group to solo activities. He noted, "Isn't there a lot of comfort in solo activities? When you're with the members, even meal choices have to be unified." Yerin revealed, "We didn't have that issue. If we wanted something for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we each ordered what we wanted, even at home," showcasing GFRIEND's free dining culture.

Yerin also shared that they pursued fairness during makeup sessions. "We went in groups of three with an hour gap," she said, "We decided the order by drawing lots." She added, "Everything had to be fair from start to finish, but the later group had to wash their hair beforehand," bringing laughter.

Yerin opened up about her image concerns. Known for her easy-going and lively image during her group days, she confessed, "I hear too often that I should be less easy-going." She admitted, "I showed a lively side on shows like 'Running Man' early in my career, but I'm actually quiet when alone. I worry about being perceived as too loud."

Veteran entertainer Shindong comforted her, saying, "In the beginning, you had to promote the team." Yerin agreed, "That's true, and I raised my energy because of it." She added, "Nowadays, if I don't have a talent, I just say so, but back then, I tried hard to catch the MCs' attention," and demonstrated her old 'Saojeong' impression, bringing more laughter.
