Yano Shiho Shares Her Love for Korean Cuisine and Morning Routine

In the video, Yano Shiho revealed her morning routine and diet, capturing viewers' attention. For breakfast, she enjoys miso soup and rice. She described it as "really simple," adding fresh ingredients to instant miso soup.
Yano Shiho also shared her fondness for Korean food, saying, "This is something I really like," while holding up gimjaban (seasoned seaweed flakes). She recommended that Japanese people buy it when visiting Korea, noting, "It's not available in Japan," and added, "I've been buying and eating it for 10 years."
For lunch, she prefers porridge, stating, "I always eat porridge for lunch because rice doesn't have much water, and when you add water, it becomes very moist. Anyway, eating porridge makes the inside of my body feel chewy." She also mentioned that her routine after breakfast includes yoga.
