Romantic Confession and Business Tensions Unfold in Latest Episode of 'Typhoon Company'

In the latest episode of tvN's 'Typhoon Company' aired on the 2nd, Kang Tae-poong, played by Lee Jun-ho, made a heartfelt confession to Oh Mi-sun, portrayed by Kim Min-ha, during a business trip to Thailand.

Despite opposition from his colleagues, Kang Tae-poong decided to export helmets to Thailand, citing the Bangkok Asian Games article in the newspaper as inspiration, saying, "We faced the IMF crisis first, so we should rise first."

Go Ma-jin, played by Lee Chang-hoon, suggested relying on a trustworthy broker and connected them with Go Ma-yong, played by Lee Han-wi. However, in Kang Tae-poong's absence, Go Ma-jin discouraged Oh Mi-sun from pursuing sales abroad, questioning how clients would perceive a young woman representing the company.

Oh Mi-sun firmly responded, "I will let the clients evaluate me as a salesperson. I will prove myself with numbers. I don't want to be seen as a woman or a man; I just want to be a true company person."

Unaware of Oh Mi-sun's inner turmoil, Kang Tae-poong handed her a borrowed suitcase from Wang Nam-mo, played by Kim Min-seok. In Thailand, he continued to care for her by bringing her food, but Oh Mi-sun declined, saying, "I feel uncomfortable with you carrying my luggage and taking care of me like this."

Kang Tae-poong replied, "Did I say I like you? Isn't this something colleagues can do for each other? If this makes you uncomfortable, could it be your own insecurity?"

Though tensions rose, the two reconciled at a club party where Kang Tae-poong confessed his feelings through a song on stage. When Oh Mi-sun left the party, Kang Tae-poong followed her, gifting her a bracelet and expressing, "You look beautiful tonight," revealing his true feelings.

Meanwhile, as they headed to the port to proceed with the export, Go Ma-jin was displeased with Oh Mi-sun's involvement in sales and criticized her at every turn. During this, Go Ma-jin attempted to bribe customs with Korean cigarettes, which Oh Mi-sun captured on camera. This led to Go Ma-jin facing bribery charges, adding tension to the storyline.
